All Commercial and Leasehold properties per their leases are insured and renewed every year.
We endeavour to send all our commercial tenants and leaseholders copies of their respective property's insurance certificate at the time they are renewed and invoiced. However if you have not received your certificate 2 weeks from the date of receiving your invoice, please submit a support ticket.
