If you currently pay quarterly and feel you would prefer to pay monthly or vice-versa for financial reasons, we would be happy to try and accommodate this for you.
We would accept the change from quarterly to monthly without condition if this would better help you pay your rent. There is a one-off admin fee of £15 when switching payment plan to make the amendments to your existing lease.
For switches from monthly to quarterly payments, please submit a support ticket.
All payment agreements and amendments will still be subject to our late fees and interest.
