If you are seeing a negative balance on your PropertyFile but have recently paid your rent, please be advised that this is most likely because our accounts department have not yet reconciled our Client Account. 


It can take up to 10 days for your rental payment to be cleared in our system so please do not worry.


If there has been an issue and we have not received your rent for any reason, we will contact you to let you know. It has been known for banks to sometimes have problems processing standing orders.
