If you lose your keys, this is an issue for which you the tenant is responsible for. As such we charge fees during office hours to arrange a spare set to be given to you PLUS the cost of having a new set cut if you have lost them completely.
If you lose your keys out-of-hours (8.30am - 5.30pm) then you will need to contact a locksmith to give you access and will be solely responsible for their charges.
If you have lost your key completely and a new lock has been required, we will charge you the relevant admin fee in order to update our key logs. You must also prepare and deliver to us new spare keys.
