As a tenant, you are responsible for your gas and electricity suppliers. Therefore you are free to change your suppliers (unless we pay your utility bills and invoice you).

If you would like to get quotations on cheaper gas and electricity, we currently have a partnership with a comparison tool and can help you reduce your monthly bills. Please submit a support ticket and we will send you an email with your MoveIt account to compare rates.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a smart pre-payment meter for gas or electricity, you are not able to change supplier.
