The below articles relates to contacting us via PropertyFile about:

  • Tenancy extensions 
  • Tenancy terminations
  • Bills received 
  • Rent enquiries/delays
  • Tenancy alterations requiring landlord permission/consent including pets (may incur fees)


To start, load your PropertyFile app or portal - in this example we will use the app but it is the same layout on the browser portal:


1. First select the Maintenance tab at the bottom

2. Then click the wrench icon top-right to bring up a list of issues to report



3. Scroll to the bottom of the list of issues until you get to 'Other'

4. You can then select the specific tenancy-related issue you wish to contact us about, or submit a request using 'Other' at the bottom if your request is not listed.
