Near the end of your fixed term Assured Shorthold Tenancy, we will review your Renewal Rating (click for more information) to decide if we will be offering you a renewal of your current tenancy agreement.


Pursuant to our Renewal Ratings, if you have a bad history of payments then we will not be in a position to offer you a renewal of your current tenancy agreement and as a result your tenancy will either lapse to a statutory periodic tenancy or be terminated completely.


We would therefore suggest you do your own reading online to understand the implications of a statutory periodic tenancy as such agreements roll month-to-month and therefore have shorter mandatory notice periods.
