This only applies to you if we invoice you for your gas/electricity/water:


As there is only a single supply to your building, we are responsible for paying the gas/electricity/water bills to the energy provider and providing MID compliant sub-meters to monitor and bill each tenant in the building for their usage.


This means that we require your sub-meter readings and/or payments from you promptly without delay to ensure you do not incur any late fees.


If you are late submitting meter readings or payments after we request them from you, then it is within our rights to charge you late fees to cover the costs of admin and any additional charges levied on us by the energy providers.
