If the credit on the meter has fallen to zero, then the electricity supply will have stopped and the meter will show "Connect"

1. You can either activate your Emergency Credit (click to learn how).

2. OR if you have already used up your Emergency Credit and not topped-up your credit, you will need to purchase more credit (click to learn how).

3. To then RESTART your meter after topping up with credit, hold the blue button until it displays "Enter". The electricity supply will then restart immediately.
