This article is only relevant to you if your property is supplied by an ISKRA MeterPay smart pre-payment meter.


 


There are three methods available for topping up the meter:


 



1. The dedicated MeterPay top-up telephone line: 01183 240450


 



2. Via the MeterPay web portal through our Quick Top Up


 



3. Auto Top-Up, which is available through the Tenant Portal. The meter can be set to automatically charge the registered card upon reaching a certain level of credit.


 


You will need:


- Meter Serial Number (see picture below)


- Postcode


- Debit/Credit Card
