Renewal Ratings from Wilbridge are a form of live 'credit rating' that is assigned to all of our residential and commercial tenants.
These ratings are based on each individual tenant's history of payments over the last fixed period and are negatively affected by missed payments, arrears and unauthorised late payments.
At the end of fixed period tenancies, Renewal Ratings will be used to decide whether or not tenancies will be renewed.
If a tenancy is not renewed then your tenancy will become a month-to-month Statutory Period Tenancy which will not offer the protection or notice periods as a 12-month renewed Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
These ratings are also shared with future landlords of our tenants should references be requested from Wilbridge.
Please note: 'history of payments' includes all forms of payment requests from Wilbridge including, but not limited to rent, insurance contributions, arrears repayment plans and any Wilbridge fees.
